Long long long day.

Yeah! I’m rather lazy to post now but… Gonna give a rough update of what’s been going on lately. (:

- Central hits 201 during Clique Here 1! (:
- Central A hits 50 during Clique Here 1!
- Central hits 126 during the BBQ compared to Splash Mania’s 112!
- Central gathered together and pray for the rain during BBQ and it rained even heavier. ):
- Central gathered the SECOND time during the BBQ to pray and it stopped after all the Amens! Miracle isn’t it?

Recently so many happening things have been going on that shows how real God is in our lives yeahh.
I can’t post photos yet cause I can’t seem to find my USB cable to upload photos. ):

Been reading this book that Dawn lended me, it’s called Cure for the Common Life: The Sweet Spot, written by none other by one of my all-time favourite authors, Max Lucado! It’s really interesting, and by coincidence or not, I was reading a part during RME, talking about how un-coincidential we were made, for example, coincidentally having two groups of particles clashing together to form us.

RME class was about having a personal motto statement for our lives. My first line was already in my head,“Prioritising Him above all else.”. Why such a spiritual statement? Why not something like “Being the top scholar in the school.” or something else. Because of such so-called coincidences.

A well known statement, coincidences are God’s ways of remaining anonymous.

Nothing is coincidential. Everything has been planned from start. Only ones who can change the plan are those who turn the plan in another direction, Man. Cause we have free will and our own minds therefore God’s plans for us will definately differ from one another and some may even reject this plan. The miracle that happened during Central BBQ, how awesome is that? Having the rain stop immediately after the Centralites prayed. How coincidential could that be?

I’ve said alot. Time to get some sleep. Oh yeah, my ulcers hurt. Lol.

Clique Here, coming in awhile.

My previous post was published as a page! I was thinking where it went, ahh, silly mistake. ): I reposted it anyway, it’s the one directly below this yeah. Don’t really want to talk much today, feeling kinda tired and all. School was fun, for sure, especially pd’s 3-hour meeting with me for our first proper shepherding! I really pray that the contacts can come down for Clique Here!

And also, if you’re wondering what I’m doing blogging at 1.27 in the morning, I’ve no school tomorrow! E-learning day! Hahas.

Sidetracked just now. Actually I’m in a very random mood. Okay let’s go random. (:
When I joined Digital Music & Arts, we’re required to create a portfolio by the end of this month(?) that consists of either 15 photoshop/garageband works. And I’m not musically inclined on the computer so I stuck with all 15 being photoshop. As an example, we could create desktop backgrounds so I went with it. I tried with this particular person as my guinea pig…

Isaac Weijun! After editing and etc., My Life’s a Musical Piece

I found it not bad, and decided to go with this idea. Kinda cool huh? Haha.

I’m yawning. I feel like I can just doze off on this compupter right now. Ahhh. Okay I give up. I’m gonna stop here before I die. ):

Me am ready.

Not been blogging much. ): Been too busy lately, alot of ministry stuff going on. So can’t talk much!

Recently what’s been happening…
Braynard is back in the Marist group, which is a good thing of course, sense of revival coming along.
Melissa is bringing a Marist guy to Clique Here, a greater sense of revival…
Mingquan has a potential sec 1 contact, also from Marist, a even much greater sense of revival.
Peida is growing! :D

Let’s see. Everyday’s now like a Saturday. Just that I’m going in my uniform HAHA. It’s fun! Meeting the caregroup, having a sports event, woahh.

Tomorrow’s plan’s also planned nicely… Friday’s plan also nice nice already. The plan for next week has been planned by the whole cg. Not bad.

I still remember when I mentioned when I was like still in Primary 6.
“I never enjoy having a planned life. I rather enjoy the surprises that come my way.”
I don’t say that I don’t enjoy surprises now, but it’s always said that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. This time round I’m taking it seriously. Without any plans, I don’t think I’m gonna accomplish anything in these two upcoming waves.

I make this commitment, to all who read, especially YOU shep.

I commit myself into being part of the 15 schools that is going to accomplish CG08 by the end of this year. I commit to even be able to invest everything I have in order to see MS finish CG08 by the end of September. In order to do this, I commit to live a lifestyle of evangelism and prayer. I also wish to commit that at any point of time you find I have done wrong, tell me because I wish to grow to be strong & biblical. Lastly, I commit myself to growing the school and myself together.

I’m a Dog for Him.

Not gonna blog much. Cause I’m darn sleepy and it’s 3am. ):

Just to summarise what I want to say, something that struck me during the sermon, being dog-like and not cat-like.

A cat says,“Feed me. Pet me. Play with me. Clean up after me. Make me happy. I am God.”.
A dog says,“Feed me. Pet me. Play with me. Clean up after me. Make me a happy. You are God.”.

The difference lies in this. A cat only comes to you when it needs you. When it doesn’t need you, it’ll find you a disturbance. A dog on the other hand, holds two things, loyalty and obedience. It obeys every single command you give it no matter what. No matter whether it needs you or not, it still comes after you. It waits for you everyday at the door for you to come home.

The simplest way to put it is this.
A cat focuses on itself.
A dog focuses on its Master.

Which would you be?

(Final Post) Encouragements.

Continuing from yesterday’s post.

As I was saying, was talking about all the encouragements I’ve been having recently. God really gave me a big boost, the people around me also boosted me up, the level of energy within me is just too much to be just within right now. Yeah!

And to top off everything that’s been going on recently, God dropped a heavy blessing from Heaven. MANNA! YES, THAT BREAD! FROM THE SKY! RAINING BREAD!

Just joking. Sorry. Too much energy. High-ness.

As you know, my phone’s having light issues, meaning it’s touch-screen. You touch and there’s light. :P So… My dad casually asked me at night whether I wanted a Sony Ericsson phone on the spot.
I went,”Impossible lahh.”
He continued,”Cybershot one leh you don’t want?”
“Box only right?”
“I show you lah come.”
I went over, and he took out a box…
Inside this box…

Sony Ericsson k850i

*Dng dng dng dng*
I got a new phone! Just like that! I had a choice between that and the Motorola Razor phone but yeah, chose this. Sister took the other.

I feel so blessed! The blessings are pouring, the encouragements are pouring, last but not least, the souls are going to pour so hard these few weeks.

I’ve been addicted to these two SUPER-OLD songs recently. It’s been going around my head. ESPECIALLY the bridge of one of them, it has stuck onto me since few weeks ago, can be seen from my PM on messenger.

God is Moving

Holy Spirit touch Your people
Teach us the ways of God
And as we live, As Jesus did
You are honored and lifted up

There’s a stirring in the Spirit
There’s an urgency in this hour
We as children must obey
Can you hear
The footsteps of God

God is moving, God is moving

Can you hear the sound
Of revival

As we praise You, as we sing
Draw near to us O God

As we cry out for the nations
Pour out revival in the land

Pick It Up

I was blind but now I see
Love has got a hold on me
Now I sing cause I am free

So I’m laying down my life
And I’m taking up my cross

I’m taking up my cross
Laying down my life
All for the glory of Your name

I’m living my whole life
All for You Jesus
Taking up my cross everyday

I was lost
Now I’m found
Put my feet on solid ground
Now I sing cause I am free

I choose to stand for my generation

Yeah, maybe these songs may help to encourage you when you need something to listen to in times of discouragements. Remember, stay in discouragement only for that few seconds. Get out of it asap. (:

This ends my triple-post on ENCOURAGEMENTS! Yay! Nights people!

P.S. Remember to finish up the Photoshop work.

Encouraged.

“Remember, man does not live on bread alone: sometimes he needs a little buttering up.”John C. Maxwell.

I’ve been encouraged alot recently. Starting from Central Vision Night itself, from the below post, you can see the medal over there, the Never-Say-Die Energizer. It doesn’t give me bragging rights or anything but I really want to share it cause of its value behind the metal plate. I didn’t expect this one bit. It was unexpected to me. As someone who expects the unexpected, well, was really surprised. I thank God for the wonderful encouragement. This encourages me that people around me are seeing what I’m doing, and they are believing in me during this run.

Second of all, Central A won the Acts Church Award. As a whole, it means alot. Encouragements are there as form of RECOGNISATION towards someone. And this is another one. Recognising the unit as a whole. I’m gonna work towards this, being the Act church, as my future caregroup/unit comes to past. It has and will be done.

As the quote states already. We do not only work in this ministry as ministry alone. We need those little tiny bits of encouragements around us that help us to really taste the full meaning of serving the Kingdom. And I have just got my butter few days ago.

Before Central WFL on Monday, we had the Central A Prayer Meet! That’s when 3 encouragements came in together. All from the one who heard and answered.

1. An analogy of a door
(When I typed this, I thought of a better way of describing it rather than just writing it.)

A door stands before me
And I got curious so I pushed
And the door just stood still
I continued pushing
Nothing was happening
I questioned then
“Why isn’t it moving?”
The Voice replied
“I gave you a task
To push against this door
I didn’t say
You would open this door
But now therefore
During this day
I will open the door
You are ready
For what’s behind
Receive fully
This child of mine.”
I looked at myself
I’ve grown so much
The door opened
A flood arose
Not just any flood
But one of blessings deep and wide
So much that I received till I cried
“Thank You.”

2. Analogy of an Immovable Rock

It’s a story that was reminded to me. The story of how this guy was called by a voice one day to push against this rock that the voice put at the door of his house. This guy kept pushing against the rock and there seemed to be no progress at all. The voice of evil told him to give up, yet he persisted. Yet after awhile he asked the voice of truth, “Why am I pushing a rock that isn’t budging one bit?”. The voice simply replied,“I’ve told you to push this rock, yes. However I have never told you that you would be the one who will move this rock. Now that you’ve grown, I will move it aside.”. The guy looked at himself, wow, muscles. He was ready for the harvest.
(I had to rush through this story because I have 6mins left on the comp. before my mom kills me. (: )

3. The Vision of Maris Stella

I received a vision of Nexus Auditorium. How there was me, Peida, Yuliang & Desmond on a Saturday. They converted, and next week we saw 2 new converts brought by those two. Then there was 6. After that, those 2 brought 2 each, 4. All 4 converted, then that made 10. The next 4 brought in 1 each, that equals to 14. I saw two green rows fill up. This continued till 22. And the next quarter’s Central Vision Night, I saw 32 Marists. Wow. Exciting. 32 not just numbers, but LIVES that were CHANGED. Truly the work of God.

I can’t talk much. Mom’s complaining. CONTINUE AGAIN TOMORROW! (:

Chapter of Regret.

Darn busyyyy. I just finished my Geography workbook, Chinese comprehension, and Art peanut-drawing, and plus the fact that I need to continue revising on my Geography test that’s TOMORROW as well. This is called stress.

Some of you probably have known, I’m quitting Archery and joinning Digital Music and Arts, I’ve my reasons, some of them are mainly for the ministry of course. Thought about it for a long time, prayed ’bout it, and thought that this is the best solution. No matter what CCA points mattered.

K gonna go sleep. I’m SLEEPY! Need to wake up early tomorrow somemore. Thank God it’s a Friday. ^^;

Untitled.

Today’s saddening, got punished by the Chinese teacher FOR ONCE siaa today. Okay not me alone but half the class cause the “gong han” wasn’t handed up on Monday. :l Everyone around me kept telling me that it was due on Wednesday then ended up half the class already handed up on Monday. -.- Feel like killing them lol. Never mind.

Something happened during recess that really made me feel that God’s divine timing is just around the corner. Not going to talk about, it’s a secret! (:

Did evax after school with Bernard&Brandon, surprise? They came over to MSHS, and Bernard nearly broke a number of windows and doors and even attempted to take home the terracotta warrior’s head. Scaryy. Thank God no teacher saw or else they won’t be able to come over the next time already hahas. We evax-ed during the CCA hours, meaning there wouldn’t be much people around, and still hit 12 contacts, all sec 1! I really thank God for such a number even though the ‘hours are wrong’. Also being able to get the teachers to allow Bk and Bern to stay.

Tomorrow’s a very straightforward day, double Chemistry, double English, double Chinese, one Maths. And that ends the day. Mr. Shen probably ain’t coming again, that means two free periods. ^^;

Having council CMC division meeting after school, then going for basketball mcg. Hopefully got people coming down, or else super little people playing and no point for the mcg. Yeahh.

; David

Burdens they come
On an unexpected ride
And they drop
If no one uses them right
Won’t you be the one
Who takes one up
And makes full use of it
To build something from none?
